Product description


The Pinot Grigio is probably the best known mutation of Pinot Noir. It 'a straw yellow color with a green shimmer, elegant, soft and enveloping structure, with a full-bodied flavor of excellent freshness.

Bouquet with fruity and tropical notes.

An ideal wine for aperitifs, seafood salads, fish dishes, especially risotto.

Origin Zone: Eastern Hills of Friuli 
Grapes:  Pinot Grigio 
Type of cultivation:  Guyot 
Harvest:  First ten days of September 
Yield kg grapes per hectare:  80 quintals 
Wine-making:  de-stemming and soft pressing of the grapes, cold settling, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks 
Aging:  Aging for 6 months in stainless steel on the lees
