The yellow Ribolla Friuli Eastern Hills DOC is presented with the typical straw-yellow color. The nose is subtle and refined, characterized by fragrant floral and citrus notes. It 'a simple and pure wine, which is appreciated especially for its dry taste and for its lively acidity.

And 'an excellent aperitif and a perfect accompaniment for cold hors d'oeuvres and raw fish. It goes very well with creams, soups and generally first vegetable-based dishes. Perfect with simple and delicate fish dishes.

Form of cultivation: Guyot and nasturtium 
Harvest:  End of September 
Yield kg grapes per hectare:  80 quintals 
Vinification: De-stemming and soft pressing of the grapes, cold decantation, the must is made fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks 
Aging: Aging for 6 months in stainless steel on the lees
